Verified Google reviewWe purchased this electric kettle from your store and had a pathetic experience with it. The kettle consistently overheats from one side, so the bottom gets extremely hot only on that half, which burns our food instead of heating it evenly. After we reported this, the store staff replaced the kettle, but the new piece had exactly the same fault. Even after this, the store refused to refund our money, so we were forced to spend extra and buy a different product from same store . This has caused us both financial loss and inconvenience. Kindly note that we no longer trust this product and expect proper action from your side so that other customers do not face the same problem. I am attaching the photos of my first kettle and the second that is replaced by the staff of the store as a proof.
