This Privacy Policy explains how Harikalp AI Labs Pvt Ltd(“HeyBuddy”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use heybuddy.chat and related services.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide when you send a design brief or contact a studio — such as your name, phone number, city, and project details — as well as basic usage and device data collected automatically to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

We use your information to match you with relevant interior designers, to enable those designers to respond to your enquiry, to operate and improve HeyBuddy, and to communicate with you about your requests. We share your brief only with designers you choose to contact or are matched to.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the designers you engage, and with service providers who help us run HeyBuddy (e.g. hosting, analytics, messaging), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Your floor plan and the designs generated from it are private to your account and are never published unless you explicitly choose to feature your home. If you do, we publish only the images and the design details (city, home size, style, room areas, palette, finishes and the indicative cost) — never your name, phone number, email or address — and you can withdraw that at any time, after which we remove the page and delete the published copies.
