We collect information you provide when you send a design brief or contact a studio — such as your name, phone number, city, and project details — as well as basic usage and device data collected automatically to operate and improve the service.

How we use it

We use your information to match you with relevant interior designers, to enable those designers to respond to your enquiry, to operate and improve HeyBuddy, and to communicate with you about your requests. We share your brief only with designers you choose to contact or are matched to.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with the designers you engage, and with service providers who help us run HeyBuddy (e.g. hosting, analytics, messaging), under appropriate confidentiality obligations, or where required by law.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing hello@heybuddy.chat.
