These Terms govern your use of heybuddy.chat, operated by Harikalp AI Labs Pvt Ltd(“HeyBuddy”). By using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

HeyBuddy is a marketplace that helps homeowners discover and connect with independent interior designers. We are not the designer and do not perform interior work ourselves; any contract for design or execution is between you and the designer you engage.

Using HeyBuddy

You agree to provide accurate information, to use the service lawfully, and not to misuse designer contact details or listings. Listings, ratings and pricing are provided for information and may change.

Your designs

What you upload stays yours. Your floor plan, your photographs, your answers and the designs HeyBuddy’s AI generates from them are private to your account by default. We do not publish them, and we do not show them to designers unless you send them a brief.

If you choose to feature your home— by ticking “Feature my home on HeyBuddy” in the design flow, or by tapping the link in our invitation email — you grant HeyBuddy a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to display the floor plan you uploaded and the designs generated from it on heybuddy.chat and in material about the service. That licence covers those images and the design details shown with them (city, home size, style, room areas, palette, finishes and the indicative cost), and nothing else: we never publish your name, phone number, email, society, building, flat number, address or pin code.

The licence is revocable. Untick the switch in your design, or use the removal link in any email from us, and we take the page down and delete the published copies of those images, normally within a day. Copies already cached by search engines or saved by other people are outside our control. Featuring your home is entirely optional, is never required to use any part of the service, and costs or earns you nothing.

Only an account with a verified phone number can grant this licence. Designs created before you verify a number cannot be published, because there is nobody who could have consented to it.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the quality, timelines or outcomes of any designer engagement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, HeyBuddy is not liable for disputes or losses arising from your dealings with a designer.
