Beware of this vendor and his team. They make big promises about delivering top-notch quality, but in reality they seem inexperienced and still learning on the job. Many of the designs I selected could not be executed, and I kept receiving unreasonable explanations — the real issue was that they simply didn’t know how to create them. Sarafat comes across as over-smart and seems to assume that customers won’t go into the details of what he is charging. But people do check — because it’s our hard-earned money. Please be very careful, stay fully accountable, and keep detailed notes of every single amount he quotes or adds, as this is where most of the issues arise. Before payment he is very polite and promises to do everything as requested, but after taking the money, he executes things the way he wants. In terms of pricing, he charges extremely high rates despite using poor-quality materials and delivering below-standard finishing. Please compare his pricing, materials, and workmanship with other vendors — you will immediately see the difference. I trusted him because I had previously given him a small job and assumed he would value a repeat customer. Unfortunately, that wasn’t the case, and I ended up paying 50% upfront for disappointing work. Every piece of work done has issues, and you can see the finishing yourself in the photos. He focuses only on increasing his margin — for example, I asked for bigger lights, and he claimed larger sizes weren’t available. When I checked the market myself, not only were bigger lights available, but they were cheaper and of better quality. Be extremely cautious with his calculations as well. In my case, an unexplained and unjustified amount of ₹1,00,000 was added to the bill. Once I understood the pattern, I immediately reduced the scope of work. Overall: please be very careful. I regret trusting this vendor and hope others avoid the same experience.
