I used FDS for my apartment renovation at Orange County. Design is ok. Contractor is low quality. Bathroom tile installation is bad, bathroom pipe leakage. Used FDS recommended vendor for Kitchen and bed room and bathroom work. Kitchen installation was late by 1 month and still not complete. Wood work and door has installation issues. No service response from vendors. Did incorrect paint in the living room, not what I have selected. Left the completion in the middle. Would not recommend to anyone. Highly unreliable
