Most worst service, we booked on fifth of January. Till now we did not get our delivery order. If you don’t have the choice, what you will do with food with meal most. Worst service and highly unprofessional conduct by Sairam Enterprise. We booked a Faber gas stove on 5th January attached is the receipt and were given fake delivery commitments just to collect the payment. Despite multiple phone calls and multiple visits to their store, the gas stove has still not been delivered. There is absolutely no accountability, no proper response, and no sense of responsibility from their side. Even after showing the receipt as proof, they continue to delay and mislead us. This has been a complete waste of time, money, and effort. I strongly advise others to stay away from this Sairam Enterprise Store if you don’t want to face the same experience. An absolute NO. Faber service is really bad. Try calling customer care and you would know. They do not have enough and qualified staff. Seems like they are barely operational in India. The installation had issue and to correct the issue they sent an agent 5 days late. He did half cooked job and left. And now we await for his return.
