My experience with Rosewood Interiors has been extremely disappointing and frustrating. Despite making full payment, the work was left incomplete, and the overall handling of the project showed a serious lack of professionalism and accountability. From the beginning, there were promises regarding quality, timelines, and execution. Unfortunately, none of these commitments were honored. The work was delayed repeatedly, coordination was poor, and several agreed-upon items were either unfinished or not delivered at all. Even after raising concerns multiple times, there was no effective resolution or urgency shown to complete the pending work. What is most concerning is that after receiving the entire payment, the responsiveness dropped significantly. Follow-ups were met with excuses, vague assurances, or complete silence. This creates a strong impression that customer satisfaction is not a priority once the money has been collected. I would strongly advise potential customers to think carefully before choosing Rosewood Interiors. Based on my experience, there is a serious risk of incomplete work even after full payment. Transparency, commitment, and reliability are critical in this industry, and sadly, these were missing here. I regret choosing this service and would not recommend it to anyone looking for dependable interior solutions.

It was hassle free and they provide great service. Our wardrobe was done in just 10 days and they were open to customising as per customers request. Great job team. We had got our kitchen modified 2 years back from an amateur and had a bad experience, so we were on the look out for someone professional. We searched the internet and located Rosewood Modular Kitchen. One evening we walked into their office in FS Plaza and met Raj. He showed us the various options and materials available. We selected the best. He worked out the cost and we took a decision right there. In addition to the Modular Kitchen we asked him to take on re-tiling, plumbing and painting. The work was done smoothly and in a professional manner. We are happy with the end result. It is good value for money. Thank you Raj. 31 July 2024. Supplementary Review. Although the work was good, some minor problems kept cropping up with time. Since he had promised a warranty of 5 years, he was duty bound to rectify them. Initially he rectified the defects but as t9ime passed,he started demanding money to rectify each fault. It is suggested that warranty should be taken in writing. At least some money should be held back for at least a year or two.

1. We were tired of our old kitchen and wanted new fabrication. We looked all around and finally our search ended at Rosewod Modular Kitchen. 2. Mr Raj, owner helped us in designing our kitchen. 3. The firm completed the project in a precised, and excellent manner and completed the quality work in time. 4.
