Quartier Studio

We are very happy with our living and dining area makeover by Quartier Studio at Assotech Windsor Court. Designer Ekta created a elegant, cohesive look using a monochromatic scheme with wood accents. Site Engineer Vashu Sharma ensured perfect execution of a stunning feature wall with vertical paneling. We give four stars because the delivery of the custom-made sectional sofa was delayed by the external vendor, leaving our living room empty for the final two weeks of the project. Project Manager Asif kept us updated and arranged for temporary seating. Despite this, the installed work—carpentry, lighting, flooring—is of magnificent quality.

After seeing Quartier Studio's work in a friend's home, we were eager to collaborate. Our meetings with Designer Deep and Ar. Suhel Akhtar were highly productive, resulting in a stunning contemporary design for our Ansal Esencia apartment. The project estimate, however, encompassed the full cost of their managed luxury service, which includes the oversight of professionals like Project Manager Asif and their Site Engineering team. This represents value for a complete transformation. Our current resources are earmarked for a kitchen and master suite only. We've decided to postpone and engage them when we can undertake a whole-home project that matches their comprehensive service model.

:We consulted Quartier Studio with a vision for a modern, minimalist home in Vatika Express City. Ar. Suhel Akhtar’s presentation was masterful, showcasing how minimalism requires the highest quality of execution to succeed. The proposal, however, reflected the investment needed for such flawless execution, including the costs of specialized supervision by their Site Engineers and granular project management. Our budget was prepared for a good quality renovation, but Quartier’s proposition is for a premium, comprehensive luxury service. We decided to wait and increase our budget rather than ask them to compromise on their standards, which they politely indicated they wouldn’t do.

We recently completed a second project with Quartier Studio—this time for our parents’ apartment in Supertech Capetown. As expected, the quality and professionalism were consistent. Designer Ekta designed a safe, accessible, yet stylish space focusing on ease of movement and comfort. Site Engineer Vashu Sharma was as meticulous as before. We give four stars for this specific project because the selection of certain elder-friendly fixtures took longer than estimated, as we were particular about specifications. The team, led by Project Manager Asif, was patient throughout our deliberative process. The final result is a warm, secure, and beautiful home that our parents adore. Quartier remains our trusted partner for all things design.

Choosing Quartier Studio for our villa in Elite Golf Greens was the best decision we made. Er. Anand’s initial structural assessment and innovative ideas for opening up our living space were invaluable. The entire workflow was managed impeccably by Project Manager Asif, who kept us informed at every stage. Designer Deep translated our vague ideas of a ‘contemporary yet warm’ home into a stunning, cohesive reality. The quality of materials and the finish is exemplary. They handled the complexities of a large villa project with ease, delivering on time and exceeding our expectations on quality and design aesthetics.
