⭐ 1 Star – Very disappointing experience with Lotus Systems I recently purchased furniture from Lotus Systems and honestly, I’m completely fed up with their service. They are unprofessional, lazy, and careless, especially their customer support. Here’s what I experienced and what you should be careful about: 1. Once you pay the advance, they stop listening and don’t allow any design or material changes. 2. They don’t provide proper drawings or details before taking payment — so make sure you get everything in writing first. 3. Delivery was delayed by more than a month, and every time they only gave excuses. 4. Their team lacks design knowledge — you have to imagine how your furniture will actually look. 5. If something goes wrong during installation, they simply say “it’s not our responsibility.” 6. After getting full payment, they don’t support or respond properly. Overall, I strongly don’t recommend Lotus Systems. Please double-check all terms, specifications, and timelines before dealing with them — or better, choose another supplier.
