They are fraud. Will never complete your project and you will feel like you are helpless they will take 50% money without doing any work and tell you this is our policy then they stop receiving your calls and complaints. They have already taken my 7.5 lack and done nothing and now started ignoring calls and msgs even their customer care will avoid your mails. Total fraud company we should complaint about them in consumer court. They have just fancy offices nothing else. I am posting pictures of my flat. My flat in this condition after paying more than 7.5 lacks now they stop receiving calls and started ignoring me. And my project is due since last Feb 2025

Very bad and horrible place don’t take any interior service from them they are just there for looting money my 25 L wasted like anything. Poor design poor execution and poor quality

Fraud Alert Guys be extremely careful before hiring them. I had hired them for renowating my house ( project no : 3765107). Initially everything seemed fine. Swanky office , good design and tall promises. Wait till you make the first payment and hand over the house. We had to literally beg them to start working as our landlord had given us a deadline to vacate . From the customer delivery managers to the General manager no one responds to your calls / requests. Then you will end up contacting the CEO office, things will move for a few days then only to come back to status quo. All they care is getting money from you and then you are left to fend for urself. Not to mention you can get the same work done at the fraction of a cost from a local contractor My sincere request to anyone considering them is to go through the numerous reditt threads about them . We made the mistake of not going through them before signing on the dotted line. I would like to attach some pics of of how they handed the house over to us full with gutka stains and stuff after the so called "deep cleaning". The water proofed walls are having seepage within a week of handing over .So its gonna be another round of fight to get the work done under warranty. To sum up, I would say that LiV space atleast in Noida suffers from a systematic lack of accountability right from the top. So when the people at the helm of affairs lack accountabilty one can only imagine how the people working on the ground are. PS : You would be wondering, then how come Liv Space Golden I has 4.7 rating in google. So a potential client walks into their office for the first time, they impress them with the swankiness, 3 D design and tall promises of an hassle free experience. Before he walks out of the main door there is a guy specially posted with a QR code which leads to the google review tab. The potential customer falls into the trap, he gives a 5 star even before the service starts
