Very unprofessional and irresponsible behavior from Lifeasy Interiors. They clearly mention a 72-hour refund policy after booking, but even after the timeline has passed, my refund has NOT been processed. What is more frustrating is their completely unsupportive customer service. No proper response, no clear update, and no accountability. They keep delaying without any valid explanation. If a company cannot honor its own written refund policy, it seriously raises concerns about their credibility and ethics. I strongly advise others to think twice before making any payment.

I had a horrible experience with this modular kitchen company. The quality of work is extremely poor, and the materials used are cheap and substandard, nothing close to what was promised at the time of booking. There is absolutely no after-sales service. Once the payment is done, the ownership and responsibility completely disappear. I have been facing issues with the kitchen and kept calling and following up multiple times, requesting them to visit and check the problems. Despite repeated follow-ups, no one has come to inspect or resolve the issues. Mr. Amit, in particular, is the most careless and irresponsible person I have ever dealt with. Building a home is an emotional journey for any family, and trusting someone with your kitchen is a big decision. Unfortunately, this person has made a complete fool of our emotions and trust. I genuinely regret choosing him for my kitchen work. The delays, excuses, lack of accountability, and poor workmanship have caused immense frustration. I sincerely request everyone with folded hands: 👉 Please do NOT trust this person or this company. 👉 Do NOT waste your hard-earned money here. There are far better and more professional options available. Learn from my mistake and stay away.

I would have given zero stars if the system allowed it. This company has no respect or value for its customers. I had posted my genuine review earlier, but they forced me to remove it. I was right — most of their positive reviews are fake and paid. I will share the chats I had with them, along with photos of the renovations. Their main intention is to extract as much money as possible from customers. I had asked them to stop the work midway, but they threatened not to return the advance payment I had made. I was compelled to continue the work with them, which turned out to be of the worst quality. I never imagined that all my money and effort would go in vain. The videos they post on Instagram and Facebook are completely animated and misleading. I strongly advise people not to be fooled by those fancy videos and paid comments. When you sign a contract with them, they promise a one-year service warranty for wear and tear — but in reality, that never happens. I gave them my project in February 2025, and they promised to hand it over within three months. However, even after more than five months, 80% of the work was still incomplete. The quality of materials used is extremely poor — you’ll regret it deeply. I paid them around 16 lakhs, thinking their work would be better than that of a regular carpenter. But a normal carpenter would have done a much better job. Their so-called interior designers rarely visit the site, and even when they do, they add no value. They have no real design experience, use non-branded materials, and their finishing is terrible. I also contacted their vendors, and even they complained about not being paid. I plan to share a real video on social media so that others don’t waste their hard-earned money on this company’s third-rate service. It has been three months since completion, and they have completely stopped responding to my requests for rectification. I will be sharing videos soon on their Facebook and Instagram pages to show the truth. On Facebook, they run paid promotions and seem to delete negative comments. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had. This interior design team is completely unprofessional and unreliable. They were extremely responsive until they received the payment, after that, they disappeared. No updates, no progress, and no response for months. Despite repeated follow-ups, they neither completed the work nor refunded the money. Truly disappointing and frustrating experience. I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from them, you’ll be better off hiring local carpenters than dealing with such an irresponsible team.

Handover still pending after 15 months ( Enclosed pics of Louvers/ mica pealed off, improper electrical fittings, false ceiling damaged , Incomplete work , Roof lighting etc) Now refusing to repair, asking me to remove the review posted earlier.
