Our experience with Interior Today, led by Mr. Alok Verma, was deeply disappointing. Despite initial promises and commitments, the final execution fell far short of acceptable standards. Using the company's own name as a reflection of our experience: I – Incompetent N – Negligent T – Tardy E – Erratic R – Reckless I – Irresponsible O – Overpromising R – Regretful choice Several critical issues were encountered: - White PVC flooring used instead of the agreed wooden flooring - Furniture was broken, unstable, and poorly finished - Cheap pine wood used instead of agreed veneer finish - Backlit panels and vinyl of visibly poor quality - Fascia logo installation was completely botched - Final measurements did not match approved dimensions Additionally, the unprofessional attitude of Mr. Alok Verma and the irresponsible conduct of the staff Ms. Kavita only added to the frustration. There was a clear disconnect between what was promised and what was delivered. We do not recommend Interior Today for any professional or commercial fabrication projects, especially where quality, reliability, and accountability are required.
