What was supposed to be an exciting interior journey turned into one of the most stressful and disappointing experiences for my family. We engaged Square Yards’ interior services (Project IDs: INCO594520 & INCO1395893), trusting their brand and promises. After taking payment, execution practically never started. For over a month, there was no clear scope, no timeline, no ownership, and no work on site—despite endless follow-ups. Key issues: No defined execution plan or timeline Different people giving contradictory answers Continuous delays with zero accountability No senior management intervention despite escalation Asked to give feedback before any service actually began Employees informally pushing external vendors, defeating the whole point of a “managed” interior service Because of their commitments, I rented an alternate house and paid a full month’s rent expecting work to start. That trust cost me money, time, and peace of mind. The most disturbing part was the conduct of an employee named Saiyam, whose behavior caused significant emotional distress—not just to me, but to my 72-year-old mother. She is now genuinely fearful of dealing with professional service companies again. No customer—especially a senior citizen—should ever leave with that feeling. This experience exposed serious process failures, lack of accountability, and absence of leadership visibility. When things went wrong, there was simply no one willing to take responsibility. I am now seeking a full refund and closure, but more importantly, I feel obligated to warn others: If you value your time, money, or mental peace, think twice before trusting Square Yards’ interior services. Very disappointing and not what one expects from a brand of this scale.
