Recently, I visited the IFB Point to purchase a new front-load washing machine in exchange for my old one. The sales representatives, Mr. Prakash and Mr. Imran, were extremely helpful in guiding me to the right product and offering me a great deal. The washing machine was delivered promptly the next morning as promised. However, the IFB technician did not visit for installation after delivery. Upon reaching out to Mr. Imran, he immediately took up the matter, contacted customer care and the local IFB representative, and assured me that the installation would be completed the following day. The installation was eventually carried out by an IFB technician, but he was unfamiliar with the My IFB app. Once again, I contacted Mr. Imran, who quickly provided me with the contact details of a senior technical expert well-versed in the IFB application. I sincerely appreciate the professionalism and prompt assistance of Mr. Imran and Mr. Prakash throughout the process. Their customer-centric approach made the experience seamless. Thank you!
