Based on my experience, the individuals representing the company all team member — do not demonstrate professional knowledge of interior designing. Many of the Google reviews seem to be posted by their acquaintances and do not reflect genuine customer experiences. In particular, Company owner behavior with customers is highly unprofessional. Communication was poor, commitments were not honored, and after receiving payment, the attitude completely changed. It also appears that the company does not have a proper operational office at the location they claim. Overall, my experience suggests that this company is not transparent and does not operate in a trustworthy manner. I would strongly advise others to verify everything carefully before making any payment. Please verify their identity in every social networking platforms.

Unsatisfactory Experience – Not Recommended Our experience with this interior design service was unsatisfactory and stressful. Initially, before the project began, our requirements were discussed in detail and we felt heard. However, after the site was taken over and approximately 80% of the payment was made, the level of communication and responsiveness reduced significantly. We observed poor coordination and limited professional input during execution. Much of the work appeared to rely heavily on the carpenter rather than structured interior planning. On-site progress was slow, with limited actual work being carried out, and frequent explanations or reasons given for delays and issues. The project showed gaps in planning and execution, including the absence of detailed professional drawings or software-based designs, and no Vastu-related guidance, which was important to us. Due to these concerns, we decided to take back the site midway, as continuing further did not seem viable. We are now redoing the interior work independently, and the revised cost is approximately one-fourth of the amount originally charged, which highlights our dissatisfaction with the value delivered earlier. Communication during the project was also challenging, as feedback and concerns raised from our side were not always acknowledged or addressed. Overall, the experience did not meet our expectations in terms of professionalism, execution quality, or client handling. We recommend future clients carefully evaluate and clarify all aspects before proceeding, especially regarding execution approach, documentation, communication, and payment structure.
