Terrible experience. Rupal, the owner, claims to have extensive project experience, but demonstrated no real knowledge of interior design. We were cheated out of our money, the materials we had already paid for, and even our house keys. There was absolutely no professionalism, no work ethic, and no basic courtesy. This is not someone who can be trusted. We personally know two other clients who were also cheated in a similar manner and are currently in touch with them regarding this. Save yourself the stress and your hard-earned money—look for a more reliable and ethical professional elsewhere.
