My Experience with Elegance Interior I gave the interior work of my home to Elegance Interior. In June, I handed over the keys to them. They promised to complete the work in 60 days, but in the first 30 days they only managed to finish the false ceiling. After that, the work moved very slowly. We had to remind them again and again, they kept asking for money, and many times we even had to sit in their office just to request them to complete the work. After a lot of struggle, they finally handed over the house in October. At the beginning, they had promised 10 years warranty on the entire interior work. Because of this, I kept around ₹10,000 pending and told them that once they provide me with the complete invoice, warranty papers, and finish the few pending fittings, I will release the payment. But their focus was only on money. We kept asking them to first finish the work and give us warranty papers, but they denied and kept forcing us for money only. Another issue was that they kept changing their carpenters again and again. Due to this, most of the wooden work is already in bad condition and needs repairs within just one year. I am writing this review after almost one year because a few days ago some balcony louvers fell down suddenly and almost hit my mother. This shows how unsafe and low-quality their work is. Elegance Interior only cares about taking money, not about quality, warranty, or customer safety. My strong suggestion is: do not give your project to them. And those who have already got their work done by them, just wait — you may also face the same problems in future.

I am writing to formally express my deep dissatisfaction with the services provided by your company during our recent engagement. Despite your promises and initial assurances, the experience has been riddled with delays, unprofessional behavior, and substandard work. The issues I have faced have caused significant stress, financial loss, and irreparable damage to my property. Key Issues 1. Delayed and Incomplete Work Our contract stipulated project completion within 3 months, but it took over 5 months, and many tasks remain incomplete. After receiving full payment, your team became unresponsive, completely disregarding the "10-year service promise" made during negotiations. 2. Unqualified and Unprofessional Staff Supervisors lacked the necessary expertise, leading to repeated mistakes, delays, and overall frustration. The labor team was poorly trained, messy, and careless, leaving the worksite in complete disarray. 3. Unethical Practices and Overcharging 4. Substandard Workmanship Civil and Plumbing Work The civil work caused structural damage, flooding due to negligence, and recurring plumbing leaks. The jet spray in the bathroom was improperly installed and did not function from the start. Kitchen and Finishing The kitchen marble and sink were left in terrible condition, with the marble permanently stained and covered in cement. Overall kitchen finishing was so poor that it diminished the appearance and functionality of the space. Promises Not Fulfilled For my kids' room, your team promised cloud and star decorations, which were never delivered. You also promised three puffy cushions, none of which I received. Glass Partition and Bathroom Issues The glass partition in the bathroom was improperly installed, resulting in water leaking out every time the shower is used. This reflects a lack of skill and professionalism in handling even basic installations. False Ceiling and Acrylic Sheet Disaster Your team applied an acrylic sheet to the false ceiling, which I later discovered was infested with minute insects. Within a month, these insects began nesting, spreading throughout the false ceiling. This issue has created a nightmare scenario, and I will soon be sharing videos of the infestation as evidence of your team's negligence. Painting and Wooden Work The painting work was extremely messy, with paint splattered on switchboards, louvres, and other fixtures. The wooden work was similarly substandard, with visible glue stains and poor-quality materials leading to swollen doors that do not close properly.Inside those mdf or block board , it was saw dust all over and 3rd grade material used. Failure to address these concerns promptly will leave me with no choice but to escalate the matter.
