They are very unprofessional. No any formal handover, no any warranty guarantee papers for their work. They delayed my flat but asked for payment on time. At the time of payment Rajesh ji called me everytime but whenever I do any complaint for some work he never response. He has some anger issues which he need to be resolved. Clients are like god but he treat like client is nothing infront of him. He has no proper method to when to do payment when to visit. He only visited the site during payment time. He mentioned they will use HDMR plywood for shoerack in the balcony. but I found they didn't use any HDMR ply and charged as per the HDMR price. Their team told and agreed to bring around 20 inches washbasin for bathrooms but they made vanity suitable for 16 inches wash basin and later they charged me again to bring small size basins and my old basins were gone for waste. I told them for my gas stove to fit into the kitchen slab and add a socket point but they forgot about it and started asking me for proof when I told them for this.. They created a whatsapp group for all updates but jab jab whatsapp pe kisi kaam ke liye whatsapp pe message karo to wo bolte hai messeges pe samajh nahi aati aur jab samne se batate the tab bad me ye boldete ki hamari aisi koi baat nahi hui.. All glass fittings are loose. Also whatever you want to customise your home as per your choice their team never listen they do their own what they like. For example I wanted modular sink in the kitchen but they used the regular kitchen sink without showing or asking me. I told them that I will use the automatic gas stove so I need power socket, and stove must be fitted in the kitchen tile slab but unfortunately at the end they ignored and said sir aapne to bola hi nahi tha Any work you want to get done by your own choice and you tell them.. after few days they will forget what we have talked and start bluffing ki aisi koi baat nahi hui thi.. ye aise hi lagta hai ye aise hi hota hai... Dude even AC pipes fitting are out of the wall not under the wall.. what kind of the interior they are? They charges hardware separately like socket switches cables, plumber items, glass items which they mentioned in their agreement, okay thats fine but what is the benefit of giving work to an interior company when you have to involve yourself in their work .. i stayed 2-3 days on the flat just to get the done my work on time. And Rajesh se said you don't have to tell us again and again don't complaint us I have already discounted you I left no margin.. bhai I never asked him to give me discount never.. I told him my budget that I have the limited budget so i need the work done in that. Handover also not done professionally, I shifted on the date I gave them. And even after that 2 days their workers were in my house just to finish the work but even after that we didn't get a finished home interior... please stay away.. instead of them hire carpenter, plumber, etc separately and get done your work by yourself.

He is very cheap person, recently we have seen one of his video on YouTube and called him to enquire. My wife discussed with him on interiors and on pretext of sending sample videos he took the whtsapp number and became unprofessional and was more interested in personal knowing and becoming friends and meeting, she immediately blocked him. He has no professional ethics.

If google has rating of 0, I would have given it 0 instead of 1. Highly unprofessional and they use poor quality of material. They charge separately for electric material (switches and sockets) apart from the quotation they provide which tends to very higher than the market rate. They didnt complete the project and left certain bits and pieces of work. No formal handover, no warranty paper given which they claim (5 yrs) despite complete payment. They will make false promises to you to fix all the issues once you will shift but to your surprise, they start ignoring your messages and not even bother answering your call. Dont fall for the videos you see in youtube, extremely unprofessional. In the videos also, they don't show you those portions where finishings are very poor. We chose the service after seeing these misleading videos.

If anyone wants to see his actual work (Ecotech Interiors) please visit any of his projects after a month. You all will get to know the difference between his filter videos and actual finishing.we choose the services after seeing this misleading videos. He will just copy paste your design to other flats no designing skills. Low quality wood and electric material he will use and will charge for brandes one.After receiving complete payment he will not receive your calls and messages to acknowledge his work. Bunch of unskilled workers and will delete or block all negative comments and ids. We few residents jointly already blacklisted him from our society and few more register complaint to other society lead him to blacklisted from the market soon with this working attitude. Choose their services at your own risk.

They don't pick up the call even though there is a 10 year warranty. Whenever there is a defect in their bad quality products, they ask for a lot of money to repair it. They sent a plumber for some work,he was asking for 600 rs while another plumber did it for 80 rs. Their door sliding is of such poor quality that it has worn out infinite times over the years and when you call for repair, they don't even bother to pickup the call.u cam go through the picture. This is the condition of my wardrobe from last one month
