I don't generally pen down reviews, but my recent experience with Decor and Design has compelled me to share my disappointment. Having heard much about their reputation, we entrusted them with the responsibility to design an entertainment unit for our home. The experience, to say the least, was far from satisfactory. Instead of the skilled craftsmen and professionals we expected, we were met with unskilled labor whose inexperience was glaringly evident in every corner of the project. First and foremost, our home was transformed into what can only be described as a workshop mess - debris strewn everywhere, making the environment hazardous and unpleasant. It was a far cry from the professional setup we were expecting. However, the real disappointment lay in the finished product. There were visible pen and adhesive marks on the sunmaica. If that wasn't bad enough, parts of the laminate sheet were also swelling. The lack of precision was evident, as the measurements they took were glaringly off. For example, they failed to leave adequate space for the switchboard, making it a major inconvenience. It's perplexing that for the premium price we paid, the company refused to mount the television on the unit they created for us. There was also a complete absence of finishing touches, making the unit look raw and undone. After bringing these issues to their attention, they assured us they'd send someone to rectify the problems. Hopeful, we waited, only to be met with silence. Our subsequent attempts to reach out were met with ignorance. Calls went unanswered, and messages ignored. All in all, our experience with Decor and Design was filled with regret. We expected expertise, professionalism, and attention to detail. Instead, we were left with a subpar unit that serves as a constant reminder of our misplaced trust. We would strongly advise potential customers to reconsider before engaging with this company.
