This is regarding a sofa set purchased by us in the year 2022, which came with a written assurance of service support for five years. At the time of delivery, we reported five manufacturing defects in the product. We were assured by your representative, Mr. Gautam, that these defects would be rectified within a period of two months. Unfortunately, despite repeated follow-ups over the past three years, no corrective action has been taken till date. We have made numerous attempts to contact Mr. Gautam through calls and messages; however, there has been no response or resolution. This continued delay and lack of communication is highly unprofessional and extremely disappointing, especially when service support was clearly promised at the time of purchase. Such negligence reflects poor product quality and extremely poor after-sales service. As a customer, this experience has caused significant inconvenience and frustration.

Good Shop with variety of home furniture. Polite owner. Somewhat costly initially, but discounts are offered in finalization. Product delivered well and hassle free assembly done at home, the staff is well behaved.

I visited Smart Home Interiors in September 2020. The store offer variety and has great products. I found the price slightly high compared to the other stores around it and it is surely worth it. We were looking to buy new sofa set and finally choose one. I wanted to wait before I share my review for few months since I wanted to check their post sales service. We bought sofa set from here in September and I did face issues with the sofa but the post sales service is nice. It did take time for me to chase the guy but carpenter came and did help us fix the sofa. Yes the issues were minor like a tiny button was missing but the carpenter fixed it. Overall, I am happy with purchase and the after sales service. They atleast pickup the phone and respond and act on complain.
