Optus Interiors recently did complete interior work of my apartment, and the experience was nothing short of extraordinary. From the initial consultation to the final handover, Optus team showcased a level of expertise and creativity that truly exceeded my expectations. Their team is very professional and right from the start, they demonstrated a keen understanding of my preferences and lifestyle. They took the time to listen to my ideas and concerns related to space saving. Every element of the design, from the choice of board/ply/laminate or selection of color palettes, was carefully curated to create a harmonious and visually stunning design for each room uniquely. The result was a space that not only reflected my personal style but also felt like thoughtfully designed to save space in my apartment. Anas from Optus team was always available to address any questions or adjustments. Every individual in their team is also skilled and has detailed understanding of their design and how that supposed to be created and leaves no space of mistakes. Complete interior work was done within the defined budget and transparency was maintained during delivery. This level of reliability made my entire experience stress-free.

It was September 2023, when I started planning about getting my Kitchen renovated as I was using the kitchen which was provided by the developer at the time of my 3bhk apartment possession in July 2021. I took quotations from multiple folks including famed brands as well and I even looked at the work which they completed so far. After considering everything, Optus Interior was my pick and trust me I didn’t even looked at any of the review. It’s just that Mohd. Anas, who is one of the Co-owner gave me assurance and the way he explained everything helped me in visualising my kitchen even before he shared the 3D and 2D. They completed my kitchen well in time (Every work requires valuable time to come out as a perfection). I am writing this review post the handover and would wanted to highlight few things: 1. They had clarity of design which was aligned to my requirements. 2. Their workers were professionals and skilled, which they demonstrated in my kitchen. 3. Delivered what’s they promised, unlike other vendors which will keep promising you and will never adhere to the timeline. At last I would recommend you to give them a chance and I am sure they will not disappoint you. Special shout-out to : Anas( Owner), Zafru(Carpenter) and his entire team & tiles/marble guy Jay.
