We hired f2s for our kitchen renovation or kitchen design basically. Now i am in position to give honest review after using kitchen for 4-5 months: 1. Giving 1 stars for Kitchen design only. Because, 2. Not Satisfied with the lady contractor i was provided with!! 3. She (contractor) turned out to be a cheat and used cheap materials, even though charges were at higher end. 4. Now, all my steel baskets & hinges are getting rusted over time, and sink has already blackened!! Steel of cheap grade used. There is no shine. 5. I in-fact had a word with the lady contractor with all my concerns, but she misbehaved with us! 6. Later, i forwarded my concerns to the owner of this company as well.. but there was no response! Thus, they are not accountable and not trustworthy. They shall be accountable for providing me with the contractor who was a newbie (Since kitchen project was her first ever), but they did not respond. Information regarding contractor's experience was not disclosed! Its better to get the design from them and then hire your own carpenter!
