Hands down the worst interior company (AZURE Interior) I've ever come across. Please don’t fall for their sweet talk, fake commitments, and low-cost promises. They boast about offering premium service and 5–7 years of support—but once the project is done and they get full payment, they completely disappear. No one answers your calls. No one responds to messages. And when you finally manage to get through after chasing them multiple times, they give you false hope like: "We’re busy with another project, we’ll come next week." That next week never comes. You have to keep chasing them again, messaging, calling for days—only to be ignored all over again. Their handover work is pathetic and full of defects: Paint quality is terrible Wooden laminates are of the cheapest quality Moldings are crooked, misaligned, and look like they were done by amateurs. Wardrobes and cabinets have loose hinges, uneven gaps, and creaky drawers. The so-called “modular” kitchen is a joke—poorly aligned shutters, cheap fittings, and rough finishes and worst pantry. Even basic electrical work was careless and risky. They make bold promises , talk about quality—but what they deliver is half-hearted, rushed, and substandard. It's just a trap: low pricing, big words, zero responsibility. After some time they start saying this mush issues comes with every one they don't even accept their mistake. They completely ruined the experience of making my dream home. If you're even considering hiring them, think twice. Better to spend more with a responsible company than pay the price of regret like I did.
