I recently finished building my house and wanted to share a review for my architect who was incredible throughout the whole journey. From day one, he really sat down with us for brainstorming sessions to make sure we were utilizing every bit of space effectively. He didn't just hand over a design and disappear; he provided detailed drawings for every single stage—brickwork, electrical, plumbing, layouts for the washrooms, and even a great colored 3D elevation of the front so we knew exactly what we were getting. One thing I really appreciated was his knowledge of materials. He guided us on what to use where, often pointing out the best possible material for a specific spot rather than just the most expensive option. He also did regular site visits to make sure the work on the ground actually matched the standards he set. The biggest USP for me, though, is the structural integrity. His designs are earthquake-resistant, and honestly, seeing other houses going up in my vicinity, I can see that mine has a much more solid structure. Because I was the first to build in my area and the plots behind me are 5ft lower, he forecasted that we needed a much deeper foundation. Even though it added some initial cost, it was a lifesaver. When the neighbors started digging their foundations later on, it didn't impact my house at all because he had the foresight to dig deeper. He’s a true professional who knows exactly where to save money and where you absolutely shouldn't compromise on quality. I’ve already recommended him to a couple of friends who are also very happy with his work, and I’ll definitely be using him again when I build the next floor. Highly recommended if you want peace of mind.

I was greate to work with Divij Sir, the way he handle the project and design the home is being prised by multiple family members. His design by keeping in mind to utlize every coner of space and making sure the natural light and air can pass through out the home.
