Worst experience ever!! 👎👎I got some curtain rods installed in my flat in Indirapuram, Ghaziabad. The rod in living room was short in length, so it kept falling out of the brackets, whenever we tried to slide the curtains. The rod in bedroom was slightly bigger than what it should be... so when we tried to take the curtains out for washing, the rod did not move a mm... it was so tight there. When I contacted them for rectification, they didn't respond properly and finally I had to get them corrected through some other company and had to pay them too, without any fault of mine. Very unprofessional attitude of their owner, as well as their staff. Will never recommend anyone to take their service.

We sent back the one's with incorrect length for alteration and confronted him regarding these irregularities. Instead of listening, they resorted to bullying. Later we brought the altered curtains, but even then one of the curtain is of incorrect length. Pathetic after sale service. No customer satisfaction

Please don't visit this shop for anything. He sold me broken things and then started blaming us for breaking things and bringing them back. There are much better shops and people out there for interiors!
Verified Google reviewIt is a nightmare to take their services.. The father-son duo talks politely and then makes sure the customer suffers the most.. They are selling product with less/zero knowledge.. I ordered 6 nos. 108" curtains out of which 2 were 96" and 4 were 103". After asking them to make sure all curtains are equal they have given me all curtains with 96" length instead of 108" and charged me fully for 108". Please do not waste your hard earned money and precious time with them..!!

Their workers does job poorly, after 2 days some of our curtain rods came out of wall, now after chasing him for 20 days to fix issue, they are not picking up phone. Once this shop owner is paid by customer, he doesnot listen to issues. Customer satisfaction is big 0.
