The firm was highly professional and completed the project within the promised timeline. The engineer was extremely cooperative and ensured that we received the best possible outcome within our budget. We are truly delighted with Yes Design Construction for their meticulous planning, quality construction, and attention to detail. This review is wrt construction of my house no 107 at Basaweshwarnagar. YES DESIGN,the contractor,who had undertaken the job of civil construction as well as interiors thereafter was preferred by me primarily,because of his proximity to the construction site. He completed the work in the scheduled time,but for some minor delays caused by lack of enough worker availability. The civil construction has been upto the mark and as per my expectations. Improvements may be made on the following: -Violations in the construction plan vis-a-vis bbmp sanctioned plan may be highlighted clearly to the client so that they are not taken aback at a later stage. -Marble laying and polishing contractor standard needs to be improved as any defect in laying,even if it is minor,is highlighted and remains for life time. -Suraj,the civil engineer and proprietor,is young,hard working and sincere and is to learn from the past experiences,which I am sure he would. -I am very happy with the civil construction and feel that improvements can be done wrt interiors. -Overall I am happy with my second house and Suraj's overall approach in his business and recommend that he is a good person to work with.
