We recently got our kitchen done through Wurfel HSR and the entire experience has been excellent from start to finish. The final kitchen has turned out even better than we had hoped for, both in terms of design and execution. The process was smooth throughout, with clear communication, timely updates and attention to detail. The installation experience was particularly impressive, everything was handled professionally and the team ensured the work was completed to a high standard. A special mention to Nithya, who was fantastic to work with during the installation phase. He was proactive, responsive and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything was executed perfectly. This made the entire experience stress free. Amazing experience with Würfel Küche! We chose a full matt colour theme and their space planning is genius. They fit a tall unit, magic corner, loft cabinets everything is perfect. Finish quality is top-notch — marine ply + Hettich + matt shutters that don’t show stains or fingerprints. Looks premium and is so practical for Indian homes. We recently visited Würfel to get wardrobes designed for one of our bedrooms. Having previously worked with them for a kitchen project during their early days in Bangalore, we had high expectations based on the excellent quality they delivered back then. Unfortunately, this experience was a stark contrast. At the HSR Layout store, the overall level of product understanding and customer handling was quite disappointing. The representative assisting us (Princy) was unable to address even basic queries with confidence. Almost every question was met with “we will check with the factory and revert,” and even after multiple follow-ups, the responses were inconsistent. Different staff members provided contradictory answers to the same requirements, which does not inspire confidence in either the process or the team’s competence. What was particularly unprofessional was the lack of follow-through. After a few rounds of discussions and visits, communication simply stopped—no updates, no closure, and no acknowledgment. As returning customers who already trusted their quality, this was both surprising and disappointing. When a business struggles to engage and retain customers who come in with prior confidence, it raises serious concerns about their customer focus and internal coordination. Additionally, the brand claims to be a German company, but we were unable to find any credible information about a parent entity online, which makes this positioning questionable. While their earlier work reflected strong craftsmanship, the current customer experience leaves much to be desired.
