Work from home is what made me contact Vyka. I needed a foldable desk which my husband and I can use. Santosh Tapovan worked with me to finalize on the design, color of the panel and pretty much every technical aspect of it. It was nice to be involved as much as I was considering the little amount of knowledge i have. Turns out, i cant stop working [Blame it on the Desk] but i have a better work space, i have a better body posture because of it. I am thrilled to use this business during Covid19 situation and I am glad it was done with absolutely NO HASSLES!

My experience with Vyka Design has been incredibly positive. I Had them do the interiors for my apartment in Bangalore with me sitting out of Gurgaon. Despite the distance, the team ensured smooth communication and were always accessible throughout the project. Of course there were challenges during the project but the team handled it professionally and efficiently and always kept us in the loop. Hired Vyka for our Villa in Bengaluru A project that was initially expected to be completed in six months but ended up dragging on for over 11 months. Even after the formal handover, several things remained pending. To be fair, the quality of their work is good, and one commendable trait of the team is their patience. You can be extremely frustrated, raise your concerns, even lose your cool — and they won’t snap back. However, that patience doesn’t translate into efficiency or accountability. Instead, it tests your limits, raises your stress levels, and leaves you feeling helpless at times. The overall journey was far more frustrating than it should have been. Communication gaps, delays, and lack of clarity from some team members made the process unnecessarily difficult. While I acknowledge the end product met a certain quality standard, based on my experience, I would not recommend Vyka to others.

Extremely satisfied with the design and the quality of execution by Vyka. We had some issues with a few other companies in design stages, but we felt Vyka team was patient enough to explain all the intricacies of the designs. We went through the design revisions and this process took us around 45 days and the team was patient throughout the process. There was no dull moment in terms of their promptness. For execution, they do update us regularly in terms of how things are moving and share updates on WhatsApp. Santhosh, the founder is very approachable and grounded. He was patient enough to listen to our pain points. The implementations process took us 60 days and could have been a shorter period but we are happy and satisfied with our Vyka Journey.
