Do not ever buy any products from here, we paid 34k for a hafele stove which started malfunctioning the next day it was purchased. Showroom do not own upto their mistakes and will directly refer to customer services team and we were pushed from pillar to post. We had 6 to 7 tech visits and they took the product for service, replaced few parts and reduced the flames. We didn't pay for a stove to get a reduced flame nor blackened utensils, we expected a fully functional product for the amount we have paid for. But, still the utensils being blackened while cooking. A 5k stove would do a better job I would say. Overall worst experience and waste of money..! Oh and don't ever expect a polite service from the showroom, they would just wash off their hands once the product is sold. I would give a "zero" stars if I had an option.

Excellent service! They listen to your requirements and provide whats best for the house. Very approachable. If you looking for our nests makeover then this is the right place with awesome people!
