VIVA INTERIORS.

With mixed feelings, we share our experience with Viva Interiors. This house was meant to be our final dream home — a blessing from our parents. Initially, we were impressed by Pramod, who personally manages Viva Interiors. As we couldn’t be present on-site often, we decided to entrust him entirely with the interiors, even choosing to forgo a larger professional team. The designs and color schemes for every room were provided by us. Our only expectation was that, for the substantial investment of around ₹30 lakhs, the interiors would be executed exactly as designed, with professional finishing and attention to detail. For the whopping amount spent, the output would have been far more professional & top notch through any other interior vendor. Positives • The materials used were of good quality. Concerns Unfortunately, there were several issues we encountered along the way: 1. No Warranty Provided – Despite what was stated in the contract, no warranty documentation was given for materials used. 2. Single-Person Operation – The entire project relied solely on Pramod, with no backup team. Any personal emergency or illness on his part led to significant delays. 3. Poor Finishing – The final workmanship lacked professional quality and any concerns raised were attributed to the house’s structure instead of being addressed. Space was not at all properly used nor any innovative idea suggested from ‘his’ end. Any idea given like drawers at the side of the bed or under staircase pull out drawers or storage utilisation under sit out were resisted & not implemented due to lack of workmanship. Even local carpenters would have done better job about it. 4. Feedback Not Welcomed – Constructive feedback was often taken personally and met with resistance. 5. Incomplete Designs – Several design elements were initially left out, requiring repeated follow-ups. Even when completed later, they were done half-heartedly and not to expectation. 6. Damaged Areas Left Untreated – Various wall and ceiling damages were never fixed, despite this being clearly mentioned in the contract. 7. Waste Disposal Neglected – Post-interior waste was left scattered inside and outside the house, and we had to arrange for its removal ourselves. 8. Glass Shelves Issue – Cabinet shelves were installed with unnecessarily large gaps to save one glass shelf per unit. Later, we were charged extra to add additional shelves to correct the issue. 9. Substandard Locks & Fittings – No locks were provided initially. When requested, low-quality locks were fitted, which were difficult to use. Additionally, panels lacked magnets, resulting in poorly aligned wardrobe doors and drawers — work that even local carpenters typically handle better. 10. Workers’ Lack of Care – Workers staying on-site left the premises dirty, choked drains, and created unhygienic conditions. We had to bear the cost of cleaning and repairs afterward. Final Thoughts As this was our last home project, it is deeply disappointing to have spent such a significant amount of hard-earned money without seeing the vision fulfilled. While experiences may vary, this was our honest account of working with Viva Interiors.

Viva interiors did an amazing work on my home interior design. Great recognition goes to the owner Pramod for his perseverance and immaculate attention to detail. He is so calm in every step of the process. He also strived to understand my perspective deeply and provided insights that enhanced the final result beyond my expectations. Due to his active participation, it was possible to achieve beautiful outcomes because of his devotion to quality. I recommend this design team to everyone who seeks creativity from a caring interior design team.

Viva Interior has done up all the woodwork,entire modular kitchen,installed their latest chimney and various other home decor in our flat and I , as a happy customer give Viva a big shoutout.I’m using their products and have still not faced any major issues.They maintain their quality and im most satisfied with their job.

Very professional. Uses world class materials which lasts for long time. They did my kitchen and wardrobes in 2014 and they all look new as if done today.
