The mall is well-lit and spacious. It is easy to reach and the nearby Singayyanapalya metro station on the purple line makes commuting quite convenient. It is located right beside Phoenix Market City. Navigation inside the mall is simple, with escalators and lifts placed conveniently across floors. You can find clothing stores like Westside, H&M, Reo, Yousta, along with digital stores such as Connect Digital. The well-known LuLu Hypermarket is also present here for groceries and fresh vegetables. There are a few salons and dining places available, though the dining options feel somewhat limited and the food prices seemed a bit higher compared to some other prominent malls in Bengaluru. A kids’ play zone is available, and the PVR IMAX multiplex on the top floor is a good attraction for movie lovers. The restrooms are clean and well maintained. Overall, it was a pleasant experience visiting this mall.

VR Bengaluru Mall, located near Phoenix Mall on ITPL Road, is a good place to visit if you prefer a less crowded and relaxed shopping experience. Compared to Phoenix Mall, this mall is much calmer, so you can shop peacefully. It has popular stores like Westside, H&M, Zudio, and Cult Fit, along with PVR for movies. There’s also an adventure climbing play area, which makes it a nice option for families and kids. Overall, a good mall to spend time without the usual rush and crowd.

It's a decent mall, but it feels a bit dead compared to Phoenix Marketcity right next door. The interiors are fancy and the crowd is less, which is good if you hate rushing, but the vibe is missing. The food court options are also limited. Good for the PVR IMAX, but for shopping and food, I prefer going next door.

This mall is very good and spacious, the outside is actually so good that you like to spend time there with friends, there are many local outlets outside, Inside the mall is wide open on the centre and all the outlets are at the border, i see very less options for electronic, but it has good amount of groceries and clothing stores, i mean its better than the pheniox atmosphere.

Yesterday went there to watch Avatar 3D in Imax, would say it is a nice mall with spacious Parking.The mall is not crowded at all like the next door phoenix malls. It’s a great place to shop at they have zudio,h&m lulu etc etc outlets but for the foodies they only have mc donalds, kfc and burger King outlets. The mall is not filled with shops as a few spaces are empty so the crowd is also a lil less. Christmas decoration was eye catching.
