Urban Ladder

Completed my interior work with Urbanladder. They did completed within stipulated time. Had a smooth design process. Project manager Vinay and assistant Rudresh were very helpful. Only suggestion i have we have to pay 100% upfront by the it goes to production. There should be a clause for 5% after completion. I have faced any issue above one a generic feedback.

Post sales installation and customer care is a sham. I ordered a bed and they only partially delivered it. It took about one whole month for them to get it installed. In between a million follow-ups big boxes lying in my drawing room bedroom and countless support calls. Their installation pickup delivery all teams are separate with no co-ordination with each other. Store plays no role in getting things organised either. For almost a lakh worth of product this kind of service is purely a nightmare. Their support number is responsive make no mistake, polite even, but utterly useless. They cannot resolve anything, and they cannot make any of their onground teams move. It’s like talking to 4 different brands. The one that sold the product to you the other 3 nightmare of brands which don’t show in the fancy showrooms. Imagine living with these large boxes in the drawing room, half installed bed in the bedroom for almost a month nothing functional and 0 remorse on Urbanladder side

I had a wonderful experience at the Urban Ladder store in Domlur, Indiranagar. The store staff were extremely friendly, courteous, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making the entire purchase process smooth and hassle-free. A special mention to Mr. Chandru, who was exceptional throughout the journey. He was always prompt, helpful, and highly responsive, even on his non-working days. From the initial purchase to the final installation, he kept following up regularly, ensured everything stayed on schedule, and was always available whenever we needed assistance. The installation was completed within the promised timeline and was carried out in a very professional manner. The overall customer service exceeded my expectations, and I am extremely happy with the experience. Thank you to Mr. Chandru and the entire Urban Ladder team for their outstanding support and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Product quality and service of the store is extremely poor. The products delivered were not setup properly and I got saved from getting an injury while sitting on the chair. Post mentioning this to the store representative Taj - nothing had been done. It’s been 3 days and no one has come to fix this. Store manager seems to be unaware of the whole issue. Wonder how companies like this train the employees. Extremely shocking!
