It was really a great experience with Prachi Jain from the designing team and Chain Singh from the production team. Our project got delayed for 10 days more then our promised time. But we were still fine as work didn't stop single day. We are new to Bangalore and it was hard to trust anyone in money matters, but Sonu handled it very smoothly.

After looking at the google reviews, I consulted them for our home renovation. The initial discussion were good. Sales team followed with me regularly. I signed the agreement with a promise that the work will be completed within 3 weeks. Work started on time, but it did not complete within 3 weeks. It dragged on for 5 weeks. Still there are some small work which has not been completed. During initial discussion, they claimed that they have in-house workers but that was not the case. They kept on bringing new workers. Only their site lead was their own employee. After 3rd week, I had to remind them multiple times to complete the work. Worst part was, they had some payment issue with one of the plumbers and that guy started calling me about his payment. I got really annoyed that they shared my number with the ad-hoc plumber. That was really unacceptable. During initial days, they will promise so many things, but as the work will progress, all their promises will not be fulfilled. You need to keep on calling and reminding them. They left so much of their debris and other items in my apartment. They also stopped taking my call now. This was my 2nd average experience with an interior designer company. All are same. They will promise sun and moon before signing the project but after that you will be running around them to get the work completed.

Recently I got my flat renovated with Upaay Interiors, a good service provider, well maintained staff and civil workers. It was a great experience to meet professionals in upaay interiors. The sales team to production everyone was very polite and working based on our comfort. We visited more than 10 companies for our flat interior in Horamavu and our beginning experience itself was great. Designer Prachi jain was very good in knowledge who explained everything regarding design, material and how to change the design based on our requirements. Production team Bittu Talwar did a great job by helping us in getting other works which were not in scope and nothing was charged extra. If anyone is looking for interiors in Bangalore I would suggest going with Upaay Interiors and I have already referred my friends too. Some minor problems we faced at the time of production but that was solved later.
