I did my interior through ultrafresh. They did an excellent job in doing my house interiors. The sales team especially Mr.Jayaram Reddy was kind enough to support me till the end. His suggestion to use the replace door to fit bathroom shelves was so kind of him. One suggestion is if they have a place of manufacturing in South India, it will be of great help.

Never make the mistake of investing from ultrafresh. The product delivery was delayed by 1 week. Once delivered they installed half and half which took another 2-3 weeks. I was also in touch with Mr. Thomas and Mr. Hyder. I dropped several emails including their higher ups. Every time there was a false assurance given that the installation will be completed soon. To complete 90% installation then took 2-3 months. After sales service is a night mare. Even if you have to replace a nail it has to come from delhi. Very bad experience. Zero customer support. Local carpenters do a 100 times better job. Update: 2 months after the review person from their company reached out to ask why i have given bad review. He also mentioned that i will not be provided warranty card because i gave negative review. Overall very negative experience. The sales person did a good job selling the product to me by giving false assurances.The service personnel are good and friendly but there is a shortage of labor for this company. So any service complaint will take more than 2 weeks just to attend the service. The customer support is a joke. Product quality is mediocre at best. Over all a bad investment for kitchen. Only positive is that their finishing is good.

The worst implementation and communication I've experienced. He is simply selling the units for his profit without considering whether the kitchen units are properly finished or not on-site. Before the kitchen units were completed at the site, he dropped off the dishwasher and other kitchen items. The personnel he sent to set them up installed everything with incorrect measurements. We spent 15 lakhs, but the result was unusable and improperly done, with no valid response from anyone involved. Therefore, I strongly advise against installing Ultra Kitchen, as it was a terrible experience. My representative was Ashok and he was the worst in intermediation.

This is my second review in a row from hosur site,and nothing has improved,everything about their implementation is the absolute worst!the kitchen cabinets still don’t close properly at all,they are misaligned and practically unstable.after my last review I got a call promising they’d come to take a look and fix it but guess what?no one showed up yet.ZERO FOLLOW THROUGH. No proper communication,no initiative whatsoever from ultra fresh kitchen setup.total waste of time and money!!
