Title: Highly Professional and Seamless Renovation Experience I recently engaged Tharakesh Home Renovation & Interiors for a compound wall and gate renovation at my independent house, and the experience was exceptional. The project started in January and was completed right on schedule by the end of February. The Scope & Execution: The project involved replacing our existing front gate with a wider automatic gate and adding a secondary manual gate. Dhruvaraj and his team handled the entire scope, including complex civil work and coordinating with a specialized vendor, Trendio Automation. Why I Recommend Them: Seamless Project Management: Dhruvaraj acted as a single point of contact, even managing payments for the external automation vendor. This made the financial side of the project incredibly easy for me. Dhruvaraj ensure absolute transperancy during the entire project which made the overall experience very satisfying for me. Problem Solving: We had heavy 6-8 inch granite slabs that needed rearranging. Instead of taking days with manual labor, Dhruvaraj efficiently brought in a crane and finished the job in hours. Technical Coordination: He worked closely with the automation team to ensure all electrical wiring and civil work for the MS pillars, compound wall and gate channel were perfect, resulting in a flawless gate installation. We also got a small wall built at the entrance to prevent rain water from spilling into the entrance area. Attention to Detail: The tiling team did a great job with the parking area slope for water drainage. Even when an unexpected Gail Gas pipe issue occurred during garden clearing, the team handled it calmly, contained the situation immediately, and built a protective casing around it before finishing the flooring.The painting job for the compund wall and the small wall (near entrance) was handled well. All the construction waste was promptly removed in tractors regularly (charged separately on actuals). Post completion of all the work, Dhruvaraj ensured all remaining cleaning work including paint spills were removed neatly and ensured we were happy before he left. Overall, what started as a complicated task was made to look easy by Dhruvaraj and his team. We placed an order for a large wall-mounted mirror for our foyer - 7 feet wide and 4 feet high. In addition, we had asked for an extension of the granite platform in the kitchen to accommodate our OTG. He used a solid, well mounted mirror cover of wood to fortify it and concealed hinges on the back of the mirror. The glass finish laminate used for the housing/visor was fixed well. The extension of the granite counter in the kitchen was done with precision - the shade of the black granite matches the original one and the panels were aligned so well that the extension seems seamless and part of the original design. This is the second time we had approached Tharakesh constructions for our interior work and the patience and care taken with their work is reflected in the high quality of craftsmanship they employ. Yes, he does charge a premium for his work, but the finished product is worth every paisa. If you are looking for top-notch quality, the prices they quote are fully justified.
