Very disappointing experience. The owner is extremely arrogant and unprofessional, showing no respect towards customers. Such behavior is unacceptable in any business. I would not suggest this shop to others.

Have been following up with Swathi furniture to repair the drawer under the cot for about 5 months now. The face of the drawer had ripped apart from the storage part in about 6 months of delivery itself. They don't seem to be interested in addressing client's issues post delivery. The last time I reminded Swathi Furniture to address the issue was on 25th Nov and he requested my patience for a couple of more days. After 3 days of further waiting, I tried reaching out for one last time this morning and the phone was engaged. No call back either!! Looks like I'll have to get the issue addressed through another carpenter
