I had a very disappointing experience dealing with this person. I paid ₹10 lakhs for construction and planning services, but after receiving the payment, he stopped responding to my calls and eventually switched off his phone. When I visited his office in Rajajinagar, I learned from several laborers and workers that they were also allegedly unpaid after completing work for him. Based on my personal experience, He is big fraud, I would advise others to exercise caution before engaging his services. Make sure you have a proper written agreement, verify all commitments, and avoid making large advance payments without adequate safeguards.
