Not only they listened to my requirement but also suggested their point of view and changes where ever necessary. This is the best customer service I have seen! Extremely happy with their work! I took help of Spicerack Kitchens to design my kitchen cabinets (including fixing tiles and granites) and a bedroom wardrobe. The whole engagement with the team was superb. From providing expertise on designing the cabinets within the available space (but without degrading the quality), to effectively communicating throughout the project's tenure, and to providing the final touches before hand over, the team did an exceptional job. Not only Pradeep and team was very transparent (be it with the cost or the project timeline) from the very beginning but also kept the promise of delivering the end product well within the agreed timeline. I hope to engage Spicerack in the phase II of my interior design in the near future.

Spicerack did the interiors for my home, my mom's home and my cousin's home. Highlights of the transaction are: 1.) Professionalism & Transparency (a rarity in this industry) 2.) On time delivery 3.) Really sturdy & high quality (after 4 years my kitchen still functions like brand new) 4.) Zero variation between quote and final delivery. We have not paid a pie more than contracted. 5.) Great After-sales support. Mr. Pradeep and his team are very much reachable and responsive even after the whole transaction is completed.

They have fancy software etc but in designing they don't apply their experience or mind, simply make out what you ask for. Hinges incorrectly fixed in front of channel 😕, then shifted to between the rack. However they are hitting the cutlery inside the rack since they are oversized 🤔 Post sales attitude is not very helpful. You are expected to live with what has been given and there is no "solution based" approach. On reading someone else's review I'm only hoping the material used is of good quality. Adding to my previous comment of 15th May. I got call from the owner promptly promising they will take care of the issues. However even after 1 month and repeated follow ups there is no response. I would not recommend them to anyone 🙏 Now am paying third party to rectify defects though full payment was made to architect on delivery of material 🥺 Interesting i was told that since I had an interior designer with me they did not give any professional inputs on design. In such cases they deliver whatever the designer says, even if what I was asking for is possible while designer said is not possible 🤔😂 So watch out folks.

Had a good experience working with Spicerack. They did good work and delivered on time. Liked the kind of engagement that they do with clients. It makes a far smoother experience working with them than other brands in Bangalore.
