I am very satisfied with the output I got for the kitchen done with Sobha interiors. The positive is the design and the material used is top notch. Where the team could have done better is in the TAT. From finalization of the design to the actual installation and handover, they took 45 days which could have easily been cut short since it’s a small kitchen but overall good experience.

Feedback on Sobha Interiors – Kochi Apartment Project We engaged Sobha Interiors, Bangalore, for the interior works of our apartment in Kochi. Project Details: • Production of materials was initiated in September 2023, following our payment. • Materials were to be delivered to the site after full payment on 20th August 2024. Unfortunately, the delivery of materials was significantly delayed, and as of November 2025, the completed work continues to have unresolved issues. The apartment was not formally handed over to us. The work was of poor quality and substandard workmanship, despite repeated follow-ups and emails to Sobha’s senior management. At the outset, Sobha Interiors appeared professional. However, our experience quickly revealed serious concerns regarding their staff competence and project management. It was our clear understanding that Sobha Interiors would handle the project directly. Instead, it appears that the work was outsourced to an inexperienced subcontractor without our knowledge or consent, resulting in poor workmanship, quality issues, and unmet expectations. The attitude and accountability of the team were highly disappointing. The materials delivered and the overall quality of execution were far below acceptable standards. Despite repeated assurances, there was no evidence of any quality inspections during production or installation. The inspections were initiated by our repeated request, but to our amusement there was no adequate recording of the problems and solutions by the Sobha team. It was evident that the project lacked leadership, ownership, and proper supervision. We observed major errors in the measurements and installation of wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, sinks, pipes, and countertops. The photos attached reflect the so-called “completed” work at the time they sought handover. While some minor corrections (like repainting wardrobes and fixing wiring issues) have been made since then, the overall quality and experience is far from satisfactory. Communication throughout the process was inadequate, with repeated failures to meet commitments and delays without proper updates. In conclusion, based on our experience, I do not recommend Sobha Interiors for interior work. They do not honour commitments, the workmanship is substandard, and the final outcome falls far short of expected quality and precision.

Got our kitchen and bedroom interiors done by Sobha Interiors. The designers gave practical suggestions based on our budget and space. There were a few minor delays, but the team kept us updated and resolved things properly. Final output came out neat and elegant.

Very polished talk and discussion during booking after that no action. Such an unprofessional CRM team. Fortunately I paid advance and cancelled it. They are simply dragging for refund. This is one way of minting money from customers. Recommend not to go for interiors with sobha.

Sobha interiors worked on our 3bhk. And the whole experience was smooth. They did a great job with space planning. The home feels comfortable and well organised.
