It was very satisfying experience with RRAG interior for my home interior work for my first ever flat at DS Max Skygrand. I had my first consultation with Raj somewhere in Oct-2023. After exploring several other interior companies for another 9months, I finally selected RRAG as they were ready to customise the material as per my choice. I went into an agreement on July-2024 and work started on 20-August-2024. I was very sceptical about my decision as they got very few google reviews also I was not sure if they could finish the task on time. However the work was amazingly finished in just 20days. Throughout my journey with RRAG interior I can mostly think of the positive points which are summerized below. 1. Customisation: I wanted to build my whole kitchen with BWP. The well known brands were either offering me bottom cabinet with BWP OR the entire house with BWP. RRAG offered me every flexibility in terms of choosing material. We also got a basic Vastu consultation from them. 2. Design: Designer Ms. Twinkle is very talented. I remember the day when she came to take measurement. Due to unfortunate reasons she had to come alone to take measurement. She took the measurements all alone by spending 4hours. I really appreciate such hard work. The design was so quick. They were very prompt whenever I wanted to change something. 3. Execution : As mentioned earlier, I was very surprised to see the super fast execution speed. Raj used to visit very often to the site during the execution phase. For critical decision making such as electrical point shifting or some adjustment, he never made quick or random decisions. He thinks thoroughly, respects others opinions such as what carpenter think, what customer thinks and then finds out suitable solution at the end. 4. Supervision: Raj was very particular about the finishing. He notices very minure mistakes and take immediate action. After the handover I was little unhappy with the finishing of a wardrobe door. There seemed to be bubble of very small size. One of the top cabinets door was also slightly curved. I am pretty sure other interior company would have tried to convince me with some excuses and escape the fixing work. However, Raj procured new material and got those two part replaced within one week of reporting the issue. 5. As a person: Raj is very knowledgeable. I was fortunate to connect with him personally. He holds a degree in interior design and has worked on the complex design of space centers as a part of his own project work. I never saw such sophisticated design in my life. I was truly impressed by the depth of his skills and experience. 6. Beyond the Interior: Raj offers more than just Interior. He has wide connections to provide every solutions for home such as decors, painting, kitchen countertops, electrical fittings, furniture etc. 7. Price and Payment terms: Price is quite reasonable. Also payment terms are so flexible and last 5% of the whole payment was reserved only after completion of entire work. I have not seen anyone in the market completing whole work without full payment. 8. Improvement points: Probably the work could have been completed even faster. There was a minor delay due to a misalignment with factory in material procurement. However, this was resolved promptly. The electricians appeared less experienced, and the finishing of the electrical work could have been better. I recommend that Raj supervise the electrical work more closely in future As this was my first home, I was naturally very particular about the interiors. I strongly feel that I made a right decision choosing RRAG interior.
