As discussed, they are using good-quality materials, which gives us confidence in the construction. Their follow-up and communication have been excellent. Whenever we have questions or clarifications, they are explained clearly and handled without delay. Overall, the project is moving smoothly, and we are happy and satisfied with the progress and coordination till now.

I have been cheated by Rohit Construction and Interiors. I entrusted them with the construction of my house (600 sq. ft., G+2). Even after 25 months, the work is still incomplete. They have taken 100% of the advance payment and then abandoned the project, leaving the house half-finished. There has been no response to phone calls or WhatsApp messages. The construction quality is poor, and they lack basic technical knowledge. Due to their negligence and unprofessional conduct, I have suffered significant financial loss and mental stress. I strongly believe that many of the 4⭐ and 5⭐ reviews appear to be fake and posted by their own staff or associates. Because of this experience, we are now planning to proceed legally and file a case against them. I would strongly advise others to be very cautious before dealing with this company.

Massive Scam – Took ₹72 Lakhs, Abandoned Project, and Now Hiding Avoid Rohit Construction Company at all costs. They completely cheated my relatives by taking ₹72 Lakhs for a project and abandoning it midway. They have gone completely unresponsive to phone calls. My family even visited their physical office directly to get answers. There was no proper response from the staff, and the owner is actively trying to hide from people to avoid facing accountability. We have since found out that we are not alone—many other people have been cheated by this company using the exact same tactics. This is a fraudulent operation ruining lives. Do not trust them with your money.
