Prolance

We had a terrible experience working with Prolance. We invested nearly six months of our time, energy, and money into developing our experience centre in collaboration with them, only to be completely let down. There was no sense of responsibility from their side throughout the project. They took the collaboration for granted, and communication was extremely poor. Most importantly, they never disclosed the design charges upfront. These hidden costs were only added later in the process, and the final bill was unreasonably high — a complete shock. When we questioned the charges and asked for a refund, they simply refused, citing that “Prolance doesn’t have a refund policy.” This was never communicated earlier. Instead, we were told we could take the products we had paid an advance for — but even then, they included inflated design charges we never agreed to. To this day, the project is on indefinite hold with no resolution from their team.

We have been collaborating with them for the past 8 months. Despite our continued efforts, they still lack clarity and direction, largely due to their constant change of personnel. This ongoing instability has significantly delayed our experience centre project. Please be especially cautious particularly for B2B teams. Vivek who is the owner will not be accountable for these delays and their conduct has been consistently unprofessional and unethical.

One of the worst terrible company we have engaged for the interiors 1. greedy and dishonest sales - very keen to collect the payment and delay the delivery of materials - few missed, wrong and damaged 2. Installation is one more fiasco - no sync to materials shipped to design to measurements 3. No intimation on the work progress 4. Never completes the work 5. Don't honor the commitment, More than 3 months, still work not complete while the committed date was 15 days for installation 6. Keeps on saying additional work and don't accept the bad installation and coordination 7. lit the place with debris and leave One of the worst experience i had ever encountered. Such a pleasure working with Prolance. Due to time differences they were flexible with long meetings and changes. Unlike others, they chase excellence and strive towards customer satisfaction. Would recommend it if you’re looking for a bespoke and unique look to your interiors. Costing seemed on the higher side initially but later we understood that it’s aptly priced for the work put in. Quality with free maintenance for years to come is what we wanted and it was delivered.

In the beginning everything was fine and while booking all good things have been committed By Himanshu later once the sales guy is out, their communication became extremely unprofessional. It took forever to get a response to phone calls, and when I did get a response, it was vague and unhelpful. The materials used for my project were incomplete. I noticed gaps and missing components that should have been there. It seemed like they either didn't order enough materials or just didn't care about the quality of their work. The manpower situation was also a complete mess. There were times when no one showed up at the job site, and when they did, they seemed unorganized and unprepared. It was clear that Prolance had serious issues with staffing and project management. As a result of these issues, the project was delayed by several weeks. I had to keep chasing them for updates, and every time I was told, "We're working on it," but nothing seemed to change. This level of unprofessionalism and lack of commitment is unacceptable, especially when customers are paying for the service in advance. If you're considering hiring Prolance, I'd strongly suggest looking elsewhere. This company does not deliver on its promises and seems to have no regard for customer satisfaction. Save yourself the headache and go with a more reputable and reliable company for your project.
