While their products look very good, the upsetting part is that the quality of some of their items is sub par. I purchased a set of 3 storage glass bowls with lids in November, the lids are already beginning to break leaving me with glass bowls and no lids. My sister in law who purchased the exact same set had the same experience. When we pay this much money, it's disappointing that the quality is not up to the mark! I always look forward to Neatasia as a brand coz they have good looking and useful products, but I think quality of a few needs improvement.

I had a terrible experience with Nestasia. I ordered risers worth ₹3,000, and they arrived with visible cracks. The quality is extremely poor and looks nothing like the product photos on the website. They are absolutely not worth the price. I reported the damage immediately after receiving the package and shared photos as proof. Instead of offering a refund or replacement, I was told they don't have a proper return policy and could only issue store wallet credit. Why would I want to buy anything else after receiving such poor-quality products? To make matters worse, there is no customer support number to call, and getting a response is extremely difficult. This has been a very frustrating experience. I would not recommend buying from Nestasia. The product quality is cheap, the after-sales support is disappointing, and the lack of a fair refund or exchange policy makes the entire experience feel misleading. Please think twice before placing an order.

The shop has a very good collection of ceramic and glass mugs, with a wide variety of designs and styles to choose from. The display is attractive, and there are plenty of options for gifting and personal use. However, one drawback was that many of the items on display did not have fresh pieces available in stock. In several cases, only the display pieces were available, which was a bit disappointing. A good place to shop for mugs and glassware due to the excellent collection, but maintaining more fresh stock would improve the customer experience.

Store is good, Articles are good But this owner or the main incharge who is the boss here has a very bad attitude towards customers. We had a terrible experience here shopping still we purchased an article because we liked it as we wanted something same. The reason giving a single star here is this should be taken care of and others should not experience the same. * Arrogant behaviour by the store manager/owner * if the articles are damaged in display piece and asked for a different one he behaved like he is gifting us for free saying no its not there. But the storekeeper helped us politely in getting us a new piece. * Not just us other customer who visited in the same time experienced the same. Better to check on this and make it correct. Apart from that would say this store had got very good collections for an artistic taste and we bought here what we wanted.

I recently purchased a beautiful 7-piece glass storage set from Nestasia (India). Unfortunately, due to health reasons, I could only check the parcel two days after delivery. When my help staff showed it to me, I noticed that the largest (XXL) container was chipped from the inside. I immediately wrote to their customer care, and to my pleasant surprise, I received a prompt and empathetic response. They explained that such issues can sometimes happen during transit and simply asked me which piece was damaged. The moment I informed them it was the XXL container, they arranged a replacement without any delay. I even received the courier details right away, and the new piece is already on its way. In a country like India, shopping online is easy—but good customer service is rare. I truly feel that Nestasia has excelled in this area. They genuinely value their customers and handle concerns with trust and efficiency. This was my first purchase from Nestasia, and it certainly won’t be my last.
