We have a plot of is 60 x 45 in teachers colony, the whole residential building was designed, planned and executed by Morceau architects. It was closely monitored for every detail from the planning stage to the project handover. We had the pleasure of working with the whole team. We were impressed by the firm's professional approach, excellent communication throughout the process, and high-quality designs that fully understood our requirements.The team is extremely good in terms of workmanship , skill and timely delivery . They have used the highest quality of materials used for construction and interiors and are very flexible to work with. We had the good fortune to meet Rohit Anvekar in July ‘23 when we were looking for getting our interiors done at Sobha Arena Pebble Court, Bangalore. We had already made contacts with 2 other renowned vendors and therefore had a good idea about our requirements. We were much impressed by 2 of the projects in the same residential complex that Rohit had completed. However, we were keen on something unique and not stereotypical. We found him very easy to interact with. After much deliberations, we finalised our designs and awarded the work in mid September’23. The completion date was to be December 17th, ‘23 and it was ready on the D-date which is remarkable going by what happens in this area of work. What we liked most about Rohit was his professionalism, sincerity, personalised attention as well as willingness to accommodate changes that become necessary when it is one’s own home even going into the minutest detail. He went above and beyond his call even in advising and extending support in the planning and procurement of appliances, artefacts and the like. Despite his busy schedule, he never showed impatience and was extremely courteous to the core. He has always extended support for any post installation issues with diligence and alacrity. Working with Rohit was a most pleasurable and learning experience. We would wholeheartedly recommend his services to anyone wanting to have a beautiful home that also offers the best functionality. We have a neighbour who had her Flat redone by rohith. My husband and I were very impressed with his work . That's how we contacted him. His ideas are good, work is excellent.
