Rakesh and Kemal made our entire interiors experience surprisingly smooth. They completed the interiors for our 3 BHK in just 3 weeks, which by itself was impressive, but what really stood out was how organised and efficient they were through the whole process. They didn’t just execute what was asked. They gave suggestions and practical advice that genuinely helped make the house more functional. A lot of those inputs went a long way and made a real difference in the final outcome. The biggest thing for me was how accommodating they were. I wanted to change a panel colour when the work was almost done, and I honestly expected pushback. Instead, they found a way to make it happen and made sure I got exactly what I wanted. Even after the work was completed, they didn’t disappear. Almost a month later, they sent one of their guys back for small fixes we needed, no questions asked. Rakesh and Kemal genuinely paid attention to every request and made sure the house turned out the way we wanted it to. In a space where people often overpromise and underdeliver, these guys did the opposite.

I have engaged with Rakesh and Kamal from Modular Innovations for my Flat in Sobha Windsor from Jan-Mar 2026. They were absolutely professional , honest and very accommodative. They dealt with me patiently for design and colour choices and also had full knowledge of what is possible and allowed in the society. Once design in finalised they finished the work within 4 weeks ahead of schedule with top notch quality. Their USP however was that they helped me find a tenant for my flat which was great.
