Review: Extremely Disappointed & Dissatisfaction with Interior Work – Would Not Recommend or Not even think about I am writing these reviews after 6 months of my interior completed by Modern Living Interior. First of all, WORST experience with Modern Living Interior and I have been frustrated to the core. At the beginning, communication was very good, whenever you call them, they will come and tell you, everything is possible, whatever your requirement we will provide you. Yes, they are doing it, but how they are doing is matters here. If at all you are planning to go with Modern Living Interior (which I’m not at all recommending), you must take 2 months of Sick leave or Planned leave or any kind of leave. So that you can complete your interior. Basically, you are not the owner when you are going with Modern Living Interior, you will become an unpaid employee of Modern Living Interior, because every day you need to come and see your apartment, whether interior work is going or not. This is how they are working. You give your interior work to Modern Living Interiors, but they are giving it to sub-contractors. Worst part here is. You pay to Modern Living Interiors, but they won’t pay for the sub-contractors, because of that your work will get delay. Then you need to SHOUT like anything to resume your work. Interesting part is after I spent all this follow up, shouting, chasing, helping, worked as an unpaid supervisor, end result is WORST. Because, after 6 months, below are the problems I’m facing now. For that when I tried to call them, no is responding. - Panel light is not working - Hinges got completely RUSTED - V-Groom mirror started RUSTING - Channels are not working properly, struck in between - Finishing problem - FOR THE ABOVE ISSUES, WHEN I TRIED TO CALL THEM, THEY BLOCKED MY NUMBER Pros - Design and lamination colours Cons - They will create one WhatsApp group. They will say, it will be there for 10 years, whatever issues your facing, you can post, we will support. But mark my words, those WhatsApp group will active only for your payment request. After that no use. - They will say 45 days to 50 days to complete the project, but they will take their own sweet to time to complete, unless you push them on the tight deadline - Running behind the sub-contractors for your work, which is not your headache. But still, it is yours, if you are going with Modern Living Interiors - Few things they will push you to take it. Ex Tall unit in the kitchen, they are having standard design. - Materials are not First-rate Conclusion NOT TO GO WITH MODERN LIVING INTERIOR. Better go with either actual corporates like Trww, LivSpace or bring carpenters from your hometown.

Hi, I did my home interior work from modernliving interior & the experience was very good. The designer over helped me in getting my requirements as per my budget by not compromising in quality. He understood my objective & gave the best design that fit to my house. Interior,MLI completed my project on time with professional project staffs. I would also like to thank Mrs. KEERTHI & Mr. DEEPAK made the things happened at right time. I would like recommend the interior company 5stars for the service provided by them. A Special thanks to entire team.

Please don’t trust these guys. Very unprofessional. I did my flat renovation with these guys. The actual issues started within few weeks after the handover. The bathrooms started seepage, electric connections got burnt, commodes lids were not fixed properly due to which they got broken, damaged mirrors. All items are local quality. They least bothered after taking money. They silently exited from the WhatsApp group and blocked my number in WhatsApp and calls. I am unable to reach them at all. Is it a professional way to treat the customers who paid lakhs of money?

The team at Modern Living Interiors have been extremely patient and underatanding of our taste and incorporated our inputs along with their suggestions. We made multiple changes and last minute changes, all of it was very patiently dealt with. Suhas was our go to person for any communication and he is a very good listener and highly professional. You can see from the pictures that our home looks beautiful and turned out exactly the way we expected it to be. Thank you team for your wonderful work!

Worst execution and they are least bothered post taking money .. sinks and kitchen platforms height is unscientific .. fuse used for strip lights are of local quality
