Had a good experience doing interior work for my house , excellent work done my Mr Imran specially a Wardrobe done with perfection

We gave our first dream home for interiors with Mandrill interiors. Mr. Imran and Mr.Naushad met us through reference. We agreed to proceed as they promised us they will do factory finish and also gave us a flexibility for payments (in instalments). They got the payment as quoted, but did not keep up their promises in terms of quality and work. Initially they said, they will cut the woods at our house and then take it to their factory for aligning. Later said, they will take the materials to factory for edge beading only. Finally, they both were scrapping the corners of few areas in the living room saying this is called edge beading. That also was not done for the full house. Everywhere they left the sharp edges and did not bother to visit and check after taking full money. Even corporate interiors will give a warranty period to check and replace the faults. These people (Mandrill interiors) do not respond after taking full money. They used our unknowingness being first time house owners and we got cheated by them. Please do not read the fake stars and reviews and lose the value of your house. Response for the below comments from owner: Now, you are responding in Google reviews. Why you haven't responded when we tried to reach you? We didn't get house 2 years before. It's less than a year. Similarly, Not only 3 times, you visited many times for taking money. After taking money, that's all. You are full of lies man. We met you first in Oct 2021 (during pandemic) and gave you the order because you promised to deliver factory finish with good quality than Livespace and Homelane. You never told us that you cannot deliver factory finish because it's pandemic. If you could have told us that we wouldn't have given you the order. You promised to deliver factory finish and took the order during pandemic. You lied and took the order from us. Similarly, You took the settlement amount saying you will come and fix the errors in 2 days. But never turned up till date neither responded us. This is cheating. You please don't talk about honesty. We did asked you to visit us after you took the amount. You took the settlement on Saturday and told us you will meet us on Monday with all the expenditure details with bills and fix the left out errors. Never turned up, nor responded from the next day. Not even a single update from your end about the delay. You lied to us and took money from us. Because of your this type of act only, our apartment society has blacklisted your interiors. We never had any prior experience in doing interiors and we believed you. But you cheated us. We don't want anyone else to get cheated by you by losing their money and peace of mind in their own house. That's why this review.

The good thing what attracted the most is their friendly advice and good behavior towards the client. They give end to end solution and stands upon our Requirements at a affordable price. Totally i got good experience with them.
