Pathetic experience. It's been 2 months. Their work is still pending. Incapable artisans. Unprofessional ppl. I had Chenna Sugoor assigned to the carpentry work. Doesn't reply calls. The final list of snag is still waiting to be completed

I had a really good experience with Livspace. In the experience center, the interior designer showed us all the available options. Also, what I liked is that we could have regular conversations without visiting the store every time. The 3D tech was helpful; I could have a better idea of what the end result would be beforehand. We were out of town, but the Livspace team completed the work on their own without any hiccups. The work was done as per my expectations. The 10-year warranty is a plus, the colours are good, and the material quality is satisfactory.

One of the worst service providers for interior when getting onboarded they give so much promises and they never meet even the single thing which they said. For me this female named Akshata got onboarded and said so many vague things which I am understanding and then the designer was way beyond pathetic no idea of designing if you ask him suggestion he would say your wish sir once they get the full payment they don’t respond even after multiple follow ups and the biggest thing which they say 30 days in production 15 days installing is a big lie it’s been 2 weeks past my handover date still my interior is not completed even the managers are pathetic no response nor action they take even after reaching out to them a big zero to this fellows. I would highly recommend not to get interiors done from this fellows they are a money extortion goons in a civilised format that’s all.

The overall interior work was completed smoothly and the final outcome is very good. Mr. Hajee from Livspace managed the on-site activities exceptionally well, including material deliveries, product management, and coordination with the labour team. Managing all these aspects requires strong control and micro-management skills, which he handled with great efficiency, patience, and humility. Ms. Bhoomika from Livspace coordinated everything internally with the office, visited the site personally, and provided clear explanations while resolving queries patiently. Product updates were occasionally delayed until follow-up, but overall, the service, professionalism, and support from the team were excellent.

I had a great experience with Livspace for my home interiors. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and well-coordinated. Special thanks to Gargi from the sales team for her professionalism, guidance, and quick responses. She made the journey easy and stress-free. Highly recommend Livspace for quality interiors!
