DO NOT GET SWAYED AWAY BY THEIR 3D DESIGNS AND ALL THE FASCINATING THINGS THEY SHOW IN THE DRAWINGS OR THE SWEET TALKS. THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY FINESSE/KNOW HOW AND MOST LIKELY THEY WILL DO PLAIN OLD CARPENTER WORK THAT WILL LEAVE YOU REGERETTING YOUR DECISION FOR SEVERAL MONTHS OF YOUR LIFE. HOWEVER, if you want to flush lacs of your hard earned money down the drain, then hire them. I can write a long post explaining the poor quality of their work. Instead, I am sharing  pictures of their third-rate work so you decide if they are worthy (of several lacs) of your money. If you do decide to give them work, buy a few helmets for situations like wall panels falling off the wall within the first month of handover because their carpenters forget to screw the panel to the wall (pictures of the damage and wall panel lying on the floor are attached). All this pain-causing and frustrating workmanship was evident from the first month of moving in to the house to the present/now the 16th month!!!

I was looking for someone who could help me architectural and structural designs for my house. Kustomake was referred to me by a colleague. They visited the plot and gave me a very reasonable proposal for this service. They have a good team of designers and engineers who did a phenomenal job with the land parcel I gave them. I also used their project management service for the execution phase to ensure my contractor’s work was right. Their team has very experienced professionals like Sushanth who oversee these construction projects. I recommend them to anyone looking to construct a house from scratch.

We went for a very basic interiors for our flat at Prestige Falcon City. Kustomake were very approachable and worked within my budget. They delivered my project on time. Designer Sonali was really good at understanding our requirements and she suggested some really good ideas to utilize our kitchen space better. Special thanks to the site in-charge Suraj for ensuring quality and timely completion of work. Our overall experience with Kustomake interiors was extremely pleasant.

We would rate the overall work completed by Kustomake as very good. A very dedicated and professional team of interior specialists. Of all the people we contacted for interiors of our house, Kustomake offered the best quality product at the least price. The entire project was very planned from start to finish. This was a very pleasant and transparent experience with the Kustomake team. After talking to literally 20-30 interior companies for my furniture work at my new flat, I finally decided on Kustomake, as they were upfront on their materials used, worked as per my design idea, gave proper inputs, and used the materials they promised to use, the overall workmanship has been very impressive, its finished well on time(despite Dushera and Diwali came in-between). I appreciate the entire team for their involvement and pro-actively answering all my Queries. it was a great experience.
