Very good experience with Joys Interior. We have done interior work for our new 2BHK home and we are very happy with the output. Sinoj was very helpful in designing the interior and choosing the colours. Joel and team have helped us in each step. This is one of the most affordable interior in Bangalore with good quality of work.

We had a wonderful experience with Joys Interiors, and I would highly recommend them for any interior project. Our journey started with Joel, who was incredibly helpful right from the initial discussions. Even though we had limited knowledge about interiors, he patiently guided us through the latest trends and options, making the planning phase very easy and informative and provided a reasonable quotation. Designer Sonali was fantastic throughout the design process. She provided multiple iterations and valuable suggestions, always accommodating our feedback to make sure the final design matched our vision perfectly. On the execution side, Nidhun was exceptional. He was very patient, listened carefully to all our concerns(always a phone call away), and made sure every update and fix was done to our satisfaction. Eldhose, the site supervisor, was also very approachable and always reachable over the phone. He patiently answered every individual question and ensured everything was completed smoothly and correctly on-site. Overall, Joys Interiors delivered both quality work and a great customer experience. We're really happy with the outcome and the team assigned to my work!

Excellent Execution & Finish – With Scope for Process Improvements I had the opportunity to work with Joy's Interior Solutions for my home interiors, and overall, it has been a very good experience. The team is highly professional and punctual. The execution quality is top-notch, and the final outcome truly feels “wow.” A special thanks to Joel, Nidun, Eldhose, and Aditya for their dedication and continuous support throughout the project. Their coordination, follow-ups, and commitment to timelines were impressive. One of the strongest aspects of the team is execution and finishing quality. The detailing, overall fit and finish, and timely delivery stand out clearly. If someone is looking for a hassle-free experience with strong execution and dependable support, this team does a great job. That said, I would like to share a few areas where I believe improvements can be made: 1️⃣ Design & Space Planning During the design phase, I felt I had to provide almost every detail about how I wanted things to be. While the team patiently accommodated multiple revisions and worked until the output met (and in some areas exceeded) my expectations — which I truly appreciate — I would recommend strengthening the proactive design input. More innovative ideas, better space management suggestions, and concept-driven guidance from the design team would elevate the experience further. 2️⃣ Pricing Transparency The pricing was itemized, which is good, but there wasn’t complete clarity on the overall costing structure. In many industry practices, pricing is also explained on a per-square-foot basis, which gives better visibility when designs evolve during execution. I had particular concerns around false ceiling pricing. Joel did try to clarify, but the explanation wasn’t entirely satisfactory. Additionally, I felt the overall pricing was slightly higher compared to some market alternatives I evaluated. 3️⃣ Planning During Construction Phase I involved them early during the construction phase so that wiring and layout planning could be optimized. However, that aspect could have been handled better. Due to planning gaps, I had to pay approximately ₹70,000 extra for wiring over and above the estimate that already included wiring charges. Better coordination and proactive site planning could have avoided this additional cost. Overall Verdict Despite the above concerns, the professionalism, execution strength, and final finish quality make them a strong choice. If your priority is premium finishing, timely delivery, and smooth execution, Joys Interior Solutions is definitely recommendable. However, if you are working with strict budget constraints, I would advise discussing pricing structure and planning scope very clearly upfront. Overall, a very good experience with some scope for improvement — and appreciation again to the hardworking team behind the successful delivery.
